GHOSTFISH IS A DEDICATED GLUTEN-FREE BREWERY
Each summer we can’t wait to brew this sizzling farmhouse style ale using one of the hottest peppers in the world - the ghost pepper! But, don’t let that scare you off! Earthy, spicy notes from these ghost peppers are balanced with fruity esters from Belle Saison yeast, and herbal, citrus notes from Cascade and Mt. Hood hops.
With fruity Belgian-style aromatics up front and a notable effervescence, this brew is packed with huge pepper flavor and moderate heat that’s balanced with fruity esters and a dry finish. As much fun to cook with as to drink, it’s a standout ingredient for marinades and sauces.

Alcohol Information
You must be 21 to purchase any product that contains alcohol, including beer, wine, and some chocolates. Delivery must accepted by an adult age 21+. All beer or wine shipments are sent via Federal Express with an adult signature sticker required on the box. Packages will not be left without signature at any residence or business. Marina Market personnel may contact you by telephone to confirm your order and age. There is an additional fee of $6.00 per shipment to cover the Adult Signature Service included in your shipping quote. This fee is imposed by FedEx.
Adult Shipping for any items containing alcohol including beer, wine, cider, and liquor-filled chocolates, requires an Adult Signature on delivery. The delivery driver cannot deliver to a person that is intoxicated, and no signature release, driver release, or indirect delivery allowed. You can opt to have your order shipped to a business, work, or even to a FedEx Station to be held for pickup. Please keep in mind that if an order is returned to us as undelivered because of non-signature, we will have to get payment to re-ship. Please see our current list of states we ship to. Our web cart will also notify you during checkout if you try to order beer or wine for delivery to a state that does not allow it by only showing "In Store pickup".
