STYLE: Brandy Dessert Wine
AROMA & FLAVOR: Bright apple brandy carries the earthy depth of the black currant. Sumptuous, thick, tart and full of rich, ripe flavor.
CIDERMAKER NOTES: Lightly fermented Black Currant Wine captures the ripe intensity of the fruit. Fermentation is halted by the addition of apple brandy, custom-distilled for Finnriver by Admiralty. Back sweetened to taste.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: A few ounces in a cordial cup, at room temperature, is a rich delight. Lovely paired with dessert or as dessert itself. Add a splash to sparkling cider or wine for a Kir Royale variation. Drizzle on ice cream, use in baking or mix in a vinaigrette!

INGREDIENTS: FRUIT VARIETIES: Brandy is distilled from cider made with organic Washington dessert apples, primarily high-acid varieties such as heirloom Granny Smith. Organic and/or regional black currants sourced.

You must be 21 to purchase any product that contains alcohol, including beer, wine, and some chocolates. Delivery must accepted by an adult age 21+. All beer or wine shipments are sent via Federal Express with an adult signature sticker required on the box. Packages will not be left without signature at any residence or business. Marina Market personnel may contact you by telephone to confirm your order and age. There is an additional fee of $6.00 per shipment to cover the Adult Signature Service included in your shipping quote. This fee is imposed by FedEx.
Adult Shipping for any items containing alcohol including beer, wine, cider, and liquor-filled chocolates, requires an Adult Signature on delivery. The delivery driver cannot deliver to a person that is intoxicated, and no signature release, driver release, or indirect delivery allowed. You can opt to have your order shipped to a business, work, or even to a FedEx Station to be held for pickup. Please keep in mind that if an order is returned to us as undelivered because of non-signature, we will have to get payment to re-ship. Please see our current list of states we ship to. Our web cart will also notify you during checkout if you try to order beer or wine for delivery to a state that does not allow it by only showing "In Store pickup".
