MUHLHAUSER WALDMEISTER SIRUP
Waldmeister (English: woodruff) syrup is a very popular ingredient in Germany to flavor and color everything from beer ("Berliner Weisse mit Schuss"), wine bowle ("Maibowle), ice cream or even chewing gum and candy. Sweet woodruff grows in Norther Europe and in the US and Canada as well. However, the plant's culinary use limited mostly to the Middle European region. Use Waldmeister syrup to as green food color in drinks, cakes and cookies!
INGREDIENTS:
Glucose-fructose syrup, water, acidifier citric acid, aroma, coloring concentrates from safflower and lemon, caramel sugar syrup, coloring E133.
DIRECTIONS:
Refrigerate after opening.
