BEAUVAIS RODKAL RED CABBAGE
Made from Danish cabbage harvested at the height of season in September-November. The freshness and nutrients are preserved by pickling as soon as possible after harvest, and the resulting pickle has a mildly sweet flavour. It goes really well with roast meat – especially pork with a bit of crackling!
INGREDIENTS:
Chopped red cabbage, sugar, vinegar, fruit juice (apple, currants) , salt.
DIRECTIONS:
Refrigerate after opening.
