CONIMEX KROEPOEK CASSAVE
Prawn crackers, or original 'Kerupuk' in Indonesia, is an indispensable part of Indian cuisine! This seasoning is delicious with almost any Asian dish as a side dish, but a handful of prawn crackers as a snack is also possible!
The basis of this prawn crackers is made in Indonesia, Java. The main ingredient is fresh cassava. Cassava are tubers of savanna plants, which originally grew in Brazil. Cassava is now an indispensable ingredient in African and Asian dishes, although it is still rarely eaten in the Netherlands. Fun fact: Amazingly, cassava is actually poisonous! Fortunately, we can solve this by baking, frying or boiling the cassava!
Because we believe it is important that our ingredients are responsibly sourced, our cassava has been sourced from Rainforest Alliance certified farms since May 2019. As a result, the cassava is grown responsibly and makes a positive contribution to better working conditions and protection of nature.

Cassava 46%, Sunflower Oil, Tapioca Flour, Leek, Cane Sugar, Chili Powder, Galanga, White Pepper and Salt. May contain Gluten, Shellfish, Egg, Soy and Milk. Rainforest Alliance certified.
