EDORA LEBKUCHEN SPICES
Edora Gingerbread Spices (Lebkuchen-Gewürz) combines delicious, all natural spices that are indispensable for the holidays or anytime. With a refined taste and bold aroma, this blend of spices will transform bland ginger snaps, gingerbread cookies, and more into impressive treats!
INGREDIENTS:
Cinnamon, anisseed, coriander, cardamom seeds, mace, pimento, ginger, clove, pepper. May contain traces of celery and mustard.
DIRECTIONS:
300 g honey, 250 g sugar and 125 g butter melt; mix with 5 tablespoons water, 125 grams of grated almonds, 150 grams of currants and chill. Mix 2 tbsp gingerbread spice, 3 eggs, 50 g cocoa, 500 g flour and the deer horn salt and potash (5 g each) dissolved in water with the above mixture until the dough is firm. Sprinkle the freshly baked gingerbread with chocolate sprinkles. Have fun while enjoying! Store in a cool dry place.
