BETHANY KRUMKAKE MIX
Krumkake is a Norwegian waffle cookie. The name translates to "curved cake". The cookies are thin and delicate, and are often rolled into a cone while still warm. They can be eaten plain or filled with whipped cream.
What's the holidays without krumkake? Why struggle with your recipe when you can have delicious krumkake by simply adding a few eggs and some butter. Go ahead try it! Mix makes 40 - 5 inch krumkake!
INGREDIENTS:
Enriched bleached wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), malted barley flour, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, cardamom.
DIRECTIONS:
Melt 1 stick of butter. Beat 4 eggs & package #2 contents until light yellow. Add cooled, melted butter, then mix well. Add contents of package #1, then mix well. Use Krumkake Baker to cook the mixture. Roll the cookie using the Cone Roller. Fill with your favorite filling.
Store in a cool dry place.
