TORO TRADITIONAL NORWEGIAN PEA STEW ERTESTUING
It is amazing how tasty, traditional food can be! In Norway, traditional Green Pea Stew is often served with the Norwegian seafood, Lutefisk. But this nutritious dish is also served as a side dish with meatballs, sosekjott, fish cakes, lutefisk, seibiff, smoked and salted dishes of mutton and pork, sausages and sandwiches with fried egg and bacon.
INGREDIENTS:
Peas 93%, sugar, corn starch, salt, canola oil, aroma, citric acid, antioxidant (sodium hydrogen sulfite), colorant (curcumin) Net contents 167g
DIRECTIONS:
Empty the contents of the bag into a saucepan and add 2 cups of water. While stirring, bring to a boil. Let the stew simmer 15 minutes. Extra special: Garnish with diced leeks, dried cod, bacon, potatoes, fresh herbs and don't forget the butter!
