The Mestemacher specialty – pumpernickel. A traditional German bread, dark and dense. Consisting of rye dough and coarse ground grains. Pumpernickel offers a slightly sweet flavor that develops during the extended baking period.
Best enjoyed fresh but is just as delicious toasted. Enjoy with your favorite toppings for a simple, high fiber, protein rich meal or snack!
