ASIAN HOME GOURMET INDIAN TIKKA MARSALA
This mild curry enriched with tomatoes and coriander, when cooked with yoghurt or cream, gives an enriched flavor, usually served with Naan bread or rice!
INGREDIENTS:
Tomato Paste (15%), Soybean Oil, Distilled Vinegar, Onion, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander, Red Chili, Fenugreek, Cumin, Herbs & Spices, Color (Paprika, Turmeric Oleoresins).
DIRECTIONS:
- Marinate chicken with Spice Paste and yoghurt or cream for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in non-stick saucepan on medium heat. Add onion, stir-fry until soft.
- Add marinated meat, stir fry for 3 minutes. Stir in water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked. Stir occasionally. Serve hot with naan bread or rice.
Store in a cool dry place.
