HONIG BAMI SPECIAL BOX MIX
Mild Asian mix used as a base for many different dishes.
INGREDIENTS:
Dehyrdrated vegetables (onion, carrot, leek, celery, capsicum), glucose syrup, mono natrium glutamate, spices, palmoil, modifi4ed starch, cornoil, soypowder, salt, herbs, flavours.
DIRECTIONS:
1 package Honig Bami Special Mix, 3/4 cups hot water, 1-2 tablespoons oil or butter, 300 grams unspiced meat, 1 leek, sliced in small rings, 350 grams cooked Mie noodles. Instructions: In fry pan, heat oil and add meat. Stir fry until browned. Add mix and 3/4 cups water to fry pan and heat for one minute. Stir often. Add cooked Mie noodles and chopped leek & meat over high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until liquid reduces. Enjoy! For extra spicy Bami ad 2-3 tablespoons of Ketjab Mais and 1/4 Teaspoon of Sambal Oelek.
