PFANNI HALF & HALF POTATO DUMPLINGS
Many ask themselves: why is this dumpling called half & half? Is it because of the balanced mixture of blanched and boiled potatoes, which are first grated and then finely seasoned for this dumpling? Or because some prefer to enjoy it with meat and others with vegetable dishes? We believe, because no one can resist even half a minute when they are served this dumpling (it will be eaten in the next half minute, by the way)!
INGREDIENTS:
81% potatoes³, starch, DURUM WHEAT, table salt, palm oil, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavorings, stabilizer diphosphate, MILK PROTEIN, onions³, antioxidant SODIUM METABISULPHITE, yeast extract, turmeric. ³Sustainably sourced. May contain traces of egg and celery.
DIRECTIONS:
Place the dumplings in the cooking bag in a saucepan of cold, salted water. Bring your dumplings to the boil briefly and then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Take out the dumplings and hold them briefly under cold water. Carefully tear open the cooking bag, serve the dumplings and enjoy.
Store in a cool dry place.
