Wheat flour, modified tapioca starch, gluten, salt, corn oil, onion extract, lactic acid, acetic acid, water. Powdered Soup: Soy sauce, garlic, onion, red pepper, black pepper, glucose, ginger, salt. Dried Flake: Dried green onion, dried Chinese cabbage, dried carrot, dried fish cake, dried shiitake mushroom. Contains: Wheat, fish, soybean.
DIRECTIONS:
You need only five minutes to get these Japanese noodles ready to serve. Just add noodles to hot water and stir for a few minutes, and you are good to go! Moreover, you can make cold noodles by adding ice water instead. Store in a cool dry place.
