Description
SECRET AARDVARK DRUNKEN GARLIC BLACK BEAN HOT SAUCE
Add some ancient Chinese wisdom, a little American ingenuity, a few shots of southern whiskey and a whole lot more garlic than any well adjusted adult should ever use and here you have it! Use as a marinade, stir fry sauce or with anything you damn well like. USE YOUR IMAGINATION!!!
FLAVOR – This is an Asian-inspired, whiskey-laced marinade, noodle, and stir-fry sauce. While Secret Aardvark Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce doesn’t have the “kick you in the mouth” heat that the other two sauces bring, it has the expertly balanced flavors that we are known for. The complex Asian inspired flavor of this sauce ends garlicky and with a hint of surprising orange sweetness.
HEAT LEVEL – Very Mild; Our flagship sauce features a unique "Caribbean meets Tex-Mex" flavor and just enough heat to slap the sass outta your mouth. It's a versatile table sauce that adds a special something to dang near anything, and works as a marinade too.
SEASONING – Great for marinating fish, chicken, tofu and pork. Try tossing fettuccine noodles in the sauce, add the protein of your choice, and sprinkle with chopped green onions. It also makes a great non-mayo coleslaw – substitute Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce for mayonnaise, add fresh edamame, and be the hit of the barbecue.
