KNORR GOURMET HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
Starch, palm oil, maltodextrin, 12% EGG YOLK POWDER, iodized table salt, MILK PROTEIN, yeast extract, glucose syrup, sugar, lemon juice powder, LACTOSE, WHEAT FLOUR, table salt substitute², table salt, white wine extract, natural flavor, turmeric. May contain celery, mustard, other gluten-containing cereals, soya. ²obtained from natural potassium minerals.
DIRECTIONS:
This mix for Hollandaise sauce is creamy and rich. To make the sauce put the contents of the mix packet into a saucepan with 125ml or 1/2 cup of cold water. Whisk the sauce and bring slowly to a boil. Lower the heat and add 4.4oz of butter, continue stirring while the butter melts. One 35g packet makes 1/2 cup of sauce. Store in a cool dry place.
