Description
LINGHAM'S SRIRACHA HOT SAUCE
'Golly gosh that's rather hot and tangy!' as one Englishman so eloquently described our world famous SriRacha. Lingham’s SriRacha is a tangier hot sauce made in the traditional manner from ripe red hot chili peppers, distilled vinegar, lots of garlic, plus sugar and salt. It derives it’s name from the coastal city of Si Racha, in the Chonburi Province of eastern Thailand. Sriracha is frequently used as a dipping sauce for Thai foods, and is particularly delicious on seafood, even Vietnamese style cuisine gets a lift as a condiment for fried noodles, or a topping for spring rolls. Try it on burgers and fries, in soups and sauces, even cocktails and we believe our all natural Sriracha is second to none in a virgin Mary. Lingham’s SriRacha speaks a universal language.
Tangy and spicy, unique and versatile, deliciously 100% natural!
