Yellow Curry Paste is the blending between Thai and Indian spices, particularly Tumeric, which provides the yellow color.

Lemongrass, Garlic, Shallot, Salt, Galangal,Dried red chili, Coriander seed, Kaffir lime peel, Cumin, Cinnamon, Mace, Turmeric and Cardamom.
