100% Natural Spanish Saffron Filaments. Saffron is a fragrant spice from the dried stigmas of crocus. It is an expensive product because it is hand picked.
Use in paella, bouillabaisse, risotto, tomato and cream soups, couscous, and with seafood. Also used in sauces when cooking seafood.

DIRECTIONS:
Store saffron in a cool, dark place. To best retain its flavor, protect saffron from light. Saffron does not spoil, though its flavor will begin to lessen with age.
