CASINA ROSSA STUFFED CHILI PEPPERS
Orto Salento and Casina Rossa use only the freshest vegetables in their products, some of which are grown on their own estate. The vegetables are picked and prepared by hand at peak ripeness according to artisan methods, which protects the delicious natural flavors.
Nicola's own family-grown cherry peppers are stuffed with a minced blend of garden vegetables, olives, tuna, anchovy, capers, and herbs to create a spicy, rich "meal in a pepper". A delicious accent to a fresh steak, they also go well in combination with full-flavor cheeses or to accentuate Caesar salads!
