Sgambaro linguini is a pasta made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina. The linguini is thin and elongated, which makes it ideal for pairing with delicate sauces. The pasta is cooked using a traditional manual-wheel drive machine, resulting in a higher quality pasta with a unique consistency and an intense flavor. The linguini cooks in about 8-10 minutes, resulting in a soft, al dente pasta with an intense flavor!
