TORO RASPEBALLER
Potato dumplings are a Norwegian food tradition and are well suited to lamb, pork knuckles, sausages, pork and bacon. These fluffy potato dumplings stuffed with a cube of ham are a specialty of the Trondelag region of Norway. Next day leftovers are a treat when sliced into slabs and fried in butter.
INGREDIENTS:
57% potato, barley flour, potato starch, wheat flour, salt, rapeseed oil, emulsifier (monoglyceride), antioxidant (sodium diphosphate, ascorbyl palmitate, sodium disulfate), spices. Net contents 206g
DIRECTIONS:
Empty contents into bowl. Add 1 1/4 cups cold water and let it swell 10 minutes. Form 6 - 8 balls and put them in 4 cups of boiling water or stock. Simmer for 30 minutes.
