Marsán® is our own name on Ekström's custard. It came in the 1920s when the owner of Ekström was traveling in Europe and stopped in the French town of Marsan. Inspired by the city, he decided to develop a custard with the name Marsán®. The result was one of our most beloved originals, you can enjoy today. Our Marsán® instant custard you can easily cold whisk with milk and serve with your favorite cake.
