SMALL KERUPUK SHRIMP CHIPS
Small round uncooked Krupuk, also called prawn crackers are made from tapioca-flavored shrimp. When frying in hot oil, they swell up to round chips. Used as a garnish to Indonesian dishes like Nasi Goreng, Bami Goreng or as appetizing snack with a cold beer.
INGREDIENTS:
Tapioca flour, shrimp, sugar, wheat flour, salt, egg.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Shrimp Crackers require frying until golden in color. They expand to about 3 times its original size.
