This Mackerel is marinated in a delicious sauce and the fillets are firm and tender. Our fried fish tastes so fresh because it “floats” out of the pan without going into the can. The mackerel have time to develop their hearty roasted aroma in a mildly acidic marinade. Enjoy this special kind of Northern German fish preparation cold or warm, pure, together with a typical side dish of potatoes - or whatever you like!
INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients: 60% mackerel fillets (Scomber scombrus), drinking water, brandy vinegar, onions, table salt, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, dextrose), rapeseed oil, flavorings (contain celery), glucose syrup, thickener: xanthan gum; Caramel, sweeteners: acesulfame-K, saccharin sodium.
DIRECTIONS:
Refrigerate after opening.
