A Bee Sting cake contains a whipped cream layer and a crunchy almond & honey topping, called 'Bienenstich' in German. Just add whipping cream and butter. Package contains: 293g baking mix, 7g dried yeast mix, 60g mix cream filling, 60g mix crunchy coating, 50g almond flake.The instructions in English are printed on the package.
Cake Mix: Wheat flour, sugar, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavorings.
Dry Yeast: Yeast, emulsifier E 491
Mixture for the filling: Sugar, midofizierte Kartoffekstärke E 1414, skimmed milk powder, hardened vegetable fat, wheat starch, sodium alginate thickener, acidity regulator (E450, E263, E516, E331), flavor, salt, emulsifier E471, food coloring carrot extract.
Mixture for the crunchy cover: Dried glucose syrup, sugar, dextrose, honey powder, non-hydrogenated palm oil, maltodextrin, butterfat. Sliced almonds 10.6%. May contain traces of hazelnuts and egg.
