KOOPMANS BUTTER CAKE MIX

INGREDIENTS:
WHEAT flour, sugar, dextrose, salt, aroma. May contain: (EGG, MILK).
DIRECTIONS:
1 package Butter Cake Mix, 7 ounces butter, 1 beaten egg, one 9' cake pan. Preheat oven to 325. Cream butter in mixing bowl. Add mix and 3/4 of the egg. Mix until it forms a soft dough. Place dough in pan, and use a wet spoon to rub the rest of the egg over the top of the cake. Use a fork to make a lattice pattern across the top of the cake. Bake on center rack for 20 minutes for a moist cake. For a drier cake, bake 30 minutes at 275. Let cool, remove from pan, and enjoy!
Store in a cool dry place.
