It is ready for use prepared from fruity wine vinegar and extracts of fine herbs, and goes perfectly with fresh leaf and vegetable salads. Used on its own or flavoured with tasty salad oil, crème fraîche, cream or yoghurt, it is a delicious seasoning for salads.
