Description
DAN SUKKER PARLSOCKER (Pearl Sugar)
Pearl sugar is granulated white sugar that has been processed into small, round grains that have been polished to a pearl-like sheen. Typically, pearl sugar is used in Scandinavia (and elsewhere) to decorate cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls and much more!
Pearl Sugar is used to make the popular Belgian sugar waffles. Added to the dough, this imported sugar caramelizes when baking to create crunchy pockets of sweetness. Or, try adding some color to your baked goods by shaking the pearl sugar in a plastic bag with a few drops of food coloring. Either way you'll satisfy that sweet tooth!
INGREDIENTS:
Large grains of pure sugar. For decoration and seasoning of wheat bread, soft cakes, flavor cakes etc.
