Roll of dark sponge cake with creamy chocolate filling, coated with confectionery glaze and decorated with light-milk icing.
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, sugar, melange, starch syrup, confectionery fats, cocoa powder, glucose, humectant agents: sorbitol, glycerin; emulsifiers: (mix ?450?, ?500, ?475), soy lecithin; condensed whole milk with sugar, inverted syrup (sugar, acidity regulator: lactic acid, sodium bicarbonate); ractified spiritus, skimmed milk powder, flavorings: Chocolate, vanilin, identical to natural; whole milk powder, salt, gelling agent carraginane, chocolate glaze, acidity regulator citric acid.
DIRECTIONS:
