Description
Traditional Swedish recipe whole-grain rye knäckebröd with the hole in the center. (In the old days, they'd bake months worth and store the rounds on horizontal poles hung up near the rafters.) Serve it randomly broken in pieces and topped with butter and preserves, cheese and meat, or even peanut butter. Great for breakfast, lunch or a snack. Whole-grain healthy, no-fat, cholesterol-free.
DIRECTIONS:
Try with cheese, caviar, herring, and other toppings, or even make a crispbread pizza. Delicious!
