KERUPUK UDANG KOMODO SHRIMP CHIPS MEDIUM
Must be fried before eaten. Komodo Shrimp crackers (Krupuk) are an excellent snack by themselves or add a dip such as sambal. Perfect for all occasions. Komodo Shrimp Crackers require frying until golden in color, it expands to about 3 times its original size!
INGREDIENTS:
Tapioca flour, shrimps, sugar, salt, eggs, baking powder (corn starch, calcium phosphates, diphosphates, sodium carbonate), monoglycerides, flavor enhancer (monosodium L-glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), stabilizer (sodium tetra pyrophosphate).
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat at least 3 inches of oil in a heavy bottomed pot until 325F. Fry shrimp crackers in small batches until crisp and puffed. Each cracker should take only a few seconds to cook.
Store in a cool dry place.
