JACOBSENS MARKET SQUARE BISCUITS
Jacobsens Danish Butter Cookies in Copenhagen Market Square Tin is a combination of classic crispy and sweet Danish butter cookies packed all packed in an impressive embossed metal box decorated with festive imagery of Copenhagen Market Square during the holiday season.
Butter cookies, also called Danish cookies or Danish biscuits, are crispy and crunchy cookies made with butter, flour, and sugar. They’re somewhat similar to shortbread cookies, though they don’t crumble as easily and have a sweeter flavor due to the higher amount of sugar. They’re also smaller and come in a variety of shapes like circles, squares, pretzels, rings, etc. Traditionally Danish cookies weren’t flavored, but adding flavoring elements like cocoa, vanilla, and coconut has become more common.
Jacobsens Danish Butter Cookies are best enjoyed lightly dunked in a cup of hot chocolate, coffee, or tea. They’re traditionally consumed as an afternoon snack rather than at breakfast or after dinner!
