SAETRA KORNMO
Kornmo is a bit thicker cracker that contain 36 percent whole grain. Kornmo is a perfect complement to your meal or as a snack with a slice of cheese. Kornmo is also a serious, tasteful accessory for cheese plates. We love them with Snofrisk spreadable goat cheese!
INGREDIENTS:
Wholemeal flour from wheat, wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (Sunflower, shea, coconut), invert sugar syrup, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate), salt, glucose, flavoring (vanillin), flour treatment agent (sodium disulphite).
SAETRE
The first Sætre biscuit was made on a farm in Longford in 1883. Kornmo was first produced decades later, in 1946, but the traditions of Sætre Farm underlies the recipe today. Many may remember wholegrain crackers with the traditional sweetish Kornmo flavor of childhood. Perfect for a slice of goat cheese!
