Sunnmøre Pepper Mackerel is excellent as a sandwich or as a topping in a fresh salad. Mackerel is notoriously rich in Omega 3. In Norway, smoked mackerel or mackerel in tomato sauce is a traditional breakfast dish, although it's a delicious snack at any time of day. A can of pepper mackerel covers far more than the daily recommended amount of Omega-3. The oil is of the highest quality, which highlights the delicious, light-smoked flavor.
