GOLDENFRY YORKSHIRE PUDDING MIX

A quick and easy way to make light, delicious pudding and pancakes. Just add an egg! Made in Yorkshire for over 40 years!

INGREDIENTS:

Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, reduced iron, nicotinamide, thiamin hydrochloride,), nonfat milk, salt, pasteurized egg powder.

DIRECTIONS:

For the best results follow these simple instructions. How to Make Perfect Yorkshire Puds: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Empty the contents of pack into a mixing bowl and add 1 egg. Add 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water. Whisk thoroughly until smooth. In a 12 cup bun (cup cake) pan, add a pea size amount of shortening or about a 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil in each compartment. Heat the tin on the top shelf of the oven until the shortening or oil is sizzling hot. Pour the batter into the hot fat and return to oven on the top shelf. Bake for 20-30 minutes until well risen and golden. Serve immediately with gravy. How to Make Perfect Pancakes (Crepes): Empty the contents of pack into a mixing bowl and add 1 egg. Add 1 cup water. Whisk thoroughly until smooth. Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan or flat griddle. Thinly cover the base of the pan or put about 4 tablespoons of batter in pan. Quickly cook, turn over and cook until golden brown. Serve immediately with fresh lemon juice, honey, maple syrup or jam. Check out our tips on top of pack.
