LAMBERTZ DOMINOS DARK CHOCOLATE
Lambertz Dominoes (known in Germany as Dominosteine). Double-filled Aachen dominoes covered in Dark Chocolate. The traditional German recipe calls for soft, cake-like Gingerbread with added layers of fruit-filling and Persipan-cream filling. For those who don't care for marzipan, the Persipan cream is a delicious replacement (made from Apricot kernels rather than ground almonds). INGREDIENTS:
Dark chocolate (25%), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, apricot kernels, apple pulp, cocoa mass, wheat flour , cocoa butter , farin sugar, stabilizer: sorbitol, invert sugar syrup, concentrated butter , apple extract, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid Flavor, spices, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, raising agent: potassium carbonate, emulsifier: soy lecithin. May contain traces of egg, peanuts, nuts and sesame.
DIRECTIONS:
