SCHLUENDER MARZIPAN CHRISTMAS STOLLEN
A German Christmas favorite - the Christstollen, the King of all Christmas pastries. Stollen has been made in Germany for over 600 years. Stollen is a yeast bread, like panettone, but denser and actually gets better with time! Schlunder Butter Stollen is imported from Germany, where they are baked following an authentic recipe for this classic treat This Stollen is made the classic way, folded, not baked in bread pans. Filled with candied orange peel, candied lemon peel and citron peel, this buttery, heavy German fruit bread is filled with marzipan (almond paste filling), then sprinkled with powdered sugar!
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, raisins, sugar, palm fat, water, glucose fructose syrup, dextrose, almonds, rapeseed oil, orange peels, sorbitol, lemon peels, wheat starch, yeast, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl lactylate, natural flavor, salt, hydrogenated palm fat. Contains WHEAT and ALMONDS. May contain traces of other TREE NUTS, EGGS and MILK.
DIRECTIONS:
