THURSDAY COTTAGE MINCEMEAT
Rich, fruity and a delicious filling for homemade mince pies. Suitable for vegetarians. Thursday Cottage was started in a Somerset kitchen in 1963. We may have moved to Essex but nothing much has changed since then - the batches are still small with about 100 jars made from every boil, the ingredients the finest we can find and the recipes simple and deliciously fresh!
INGREDIENTS:
Vine Fruit 34%,( currants 14% raisins 10% sultanas 10%) sugar, apples, refined palm oil, citrus peel, cider, brandy, acetic acid, spices.
DIRECTIONS:
Store in a cool dry place.
