The ingredients of Asian Home Gourmet Indonesian Vegetable Curry (Sajur Lodeh) consist of shallots, sugar, ginger, lemongrass, turmeric, coriander, and cinnamon and give your dish a unique Indonesian taste. Use Asian Home Gourmet Indonesian Vegetable Curry (Sajur Lodeh) with fresh ingredients of your choice such as vegetables and tofu. INGREDIENTS:

Red Chilies, Soybean Oil, Onion, Galangal, Garlic, Salt, Shallots, Sugar, Ginger, Lemongrass, Ground Turmeric, Coriander Seed, Cumin, Herbs, Spices.

DIRECTIONS:

Indonesian Vegetable Curry (Serves 4):

Ingredients

1 packet Indonesian Vegetable Curry Spice Paste

2 tbsp vegetable oil

(1 lb) combination of cut cabbage, green beans and deep-fried firm tofu

2 cups (440 ml) coconut milk or milk

Curry leaves as garnish (optional)

  1.  Heat oil in saucepan on medium-low heat. Add spice paste and stir-fry for 1/2 minute.
  2. Lower heat, add coconut milk, vegetables and tofu. Bring to boil.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve hot with rice or bread.

Store in a cool dry place.
