ABBA HERRING IN MUSTARD
Abba Mustard Herring is a real classic with selected pieces of herring in a good, creamy mustard sauce topped with small mustard seeds. The mustard herring is tasty but still mild and is many people's favorite on the herring table and fits perfectly on both the Christmas table, the Easter buffet and the midsummer celebration or why not as a good herring sandwich on rye bread?
The herring we use is of the highest quality and is MSC-certified and stored in our rock room on the west coast of Kungshamn, where it is also manufactured!
Catch area: Herring (Clupea harengus) - Norwegian Sea or North Sea
INGREDIENTS:
Herring in pieces, sugar, salt, vinegar, dill, spices (including cinnamon, nutmeg), spice extract, natural aromas (including dill, garlic, coriander, horseradish), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate).
DIRECTIONS:
Keep refrigerated.
Serve Abba Mustard herring with potato fritters: mix finely grated potatoes with salt and pepper. Flatten into small pancakes and fry them quickly on both sides of the skillet. Top with finely chopped red onion. Product of Sweden.
Perishable Information
Most products we sell can be shipped via Ground without a problem. However, some items must be sent via Express due to their perishable nature including some refrigerated and frozen foods, and chocolate during the summer months.
We give the customer the choice of shipping methods. Our general policy is that we guarantee perishable products when shipped via Express, and the customer takes the risk when sent by Ground. We will not be held responsible for spoilage of perishable products sent by Ground. We prefer to ship perishable products Monday & Tuesday in an effort to avoid weekend losses and reserve the right to delay a perishable shipment to safely schedule it. We may also delay a shipment due to inclement weather.
When shipping perishable foods, our cart will automatically add Ice Pack Shipping depending on the items purchased. Ice Pack Shipping costs $8 (Including Ice Packs). These additional costs will be added to your invoice and show on your credit card. Your order CANNOT be shipped without this payment.
