INGREDIENTS:
Rapeseed oil, smoked salmon* (29%), water, fish roe**, salt, sugar, tomato puree, potato flakes, potato fiber, citrus fiber, vinegar, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), stabilizer (xanthan gum), antioxidant (ascorbic acid). *Salmo salar **Cod roe (Gadus morhua), Saithe roe (Pollachius virens).
DIRECTIONS:
Keep refrigerated.
Salmon quiche (4 servings) 1 tube Abbas salmon paté 2 puff pastry sheets 1 package quark 2 eggs 3 tablespoons (25g) chopped walnuts 1 / 2 bunch of dill. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets and place them in an ovenproof dish. Stir together ingredients and pour them over the plates. Put in oven 25-30 minutes in 225C. Serve pie warm with salad.

The ocean has always fascinated people. 'The ocean gives and the ocean takes' they said and gratefully accepted its gift. The respect for the ocean was natural for the people living in Kungshamn. So it still is, while it is our source of income, we stand humble before it.
The story begins in 1838 when our founder, Christian Gerhard Ameln, began his business selling fish and herring in Bergen, Norway. Shortly afterwards the start the head office moved to Stockholm and a new era for herring begins.
In 1872, Mr Ameln's sons are ready to run the business in their father’s name. The company is in the hand of the family until 1969 when the whole company and the last of the families stocks were sold to Pripps. Abba Seafood was now fully ready to enter the international market.
Perishable Information
Most products we sell can be shipped via Ground without a problem. However, some items must be sent via Express due to their perishable nature including some refrigerated and frozen foods, and chocolate during the summer months.
We give the customer the choice of shipping methods. Our general policy is that we guarantee perishable products when shipped via Express, and the customer takes the risk when sent by Ground. We will not be held responsible for spoilage of perishable products sent by Ground. We prefer to ship perishable products Monday & Tuesday in an effort to avoid weekend losses and reserve the right to delay a perishable shipment to safely schedule it. We may also delay a shipment due to inclement weather.
When shipping perishable foods, our cart will automatically add Ice Pack Shipping depending on the items purchased. Ice Pack Shipping costs $8 (Including Ice Packs). These additional costs will be added to your invoice and show on your credit card. Your order CANNOT be shipped without this payment.
