Two time gold medal winner of the World Cheese Championship. This artisan cheese has been aged for over four years in our select Dutch aging rooms. It has a stunning complex flavor. It is nutty with flavors of caramel. This cheese adds a great touch when grated over spinach salad, pizza or pasta. It also makes fabulous risotto and omelets.

Perishable Information
Most products we sell can be shipped via Ground without a problem. However, some items must be sent via Express due to their perishable nature including some refrigerated and frozen foods, and chocolate during the summer months.
We give the customer the choice of shipping methods. Our general policy is that we guarantee perishable products when shipped via Express, and the customer takes the risk when sent by Ground. We will not be held responsible for spoilage of perishable products sent by Ground. We prefer to ship perishable products Monday & Tuesday in an effort to avoid weekend losses and reserve the right to delay a perishable shipment to safely schedule it. We may also delay a shipment due to inclement weather.
When shipping perishable foods, our cart will automatically add Ice Pack Shipping depending on the items purchased. Ice Pack Shipping costs $8 (Including Ice Packs). These additional costs will be added to your invoice and show on your credit card. Your order CANNOT be shipped without this payment.
