INGREDIENTS:
Made with lean chicken thigh meat, rosemary, white pepper, lemon juice and spices in hog casing.
DIRECTIONS:
Best grilled over a hot barbecue for 10 to 15 minutes. Cover for faster cooking. On the stove, cook on medium to high with a little butter or oil. Add a few teaspoons of water and cover to steam cook. Brown to finish. Cook to an internal temperature of 165F.
Keep refrigerated.
