ABBA HERRING IN ONIONS
Abba Onion Herring is a real classic, with selected pieces of herring in a classic clear layer flavored with both yellow onion and spring onion, heat from black pepper and sour cranberries. We know that our onion herring is many people's favorite and it's not so strange to understand as it fits just as well on the Christmas table, Easter buffet and midsummer celebration as a good lunch with fresh potatoes topped with sour cream and chives!
The herring we use is of the highest quality and is MSC-certified and stored in our rock room on the west coast of Kungshamn, where it is also manufactured.
