A flavor flight of Bissinger's Versailles Vanilla caramels topped with Mediterranean Sea Salt (Dark) and Chardonnay Smoked Salt (Milk). Bissinger's 350-year-old caramel recipe, sweet & buttery, enrobed in our European chocolate, then complimented with fine grains of salt. This masterfully crafted, artisanal small-batch caramel is based on the original Bissinger's family recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
Dark Chocolate (Unsweetened Chocolate, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Milk Fat, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier), Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Unsweetened Chocolate, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla), Rice Syrup, Sugar, Invert Sugar, Milk, Heavy Cream (Cream Mono and Diglycerides, Polysorbate 80 and Carrageenan), Butter, Salt, Vanilla, Smoked Salt, Sea Salt. Contains: Milk, Soy. Products have been manufactured on shared equipment that processes Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Egg, Soy, Dairy and Wheat products.
