We have added a 12 yr barrel-aged balsamic vinegar to our smooth white chocolate bar to create irresistible natural vanilla and caramel notes. While this bar is great for eating as is, the Gusto line was developed as chocolate you can cook with as well! Gusto Balsamic Vinegar is perfect for zesting on top of a garden salad or for melting onto a ready to serve steak as a sauce to bring out even more flavor from the juices! (2 ounce bar)!
INGREDIENTS:
White Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, milk fat, soy lecithin (emulsifier), natural vanilla), Balsamic Vinegar.
