Our 55% Dark Chocolate is our sweetest dark chocolate, and made with organic, fair trade Congolese beans, it features flavors of bold caramel nuttiness with supporting notes of prune, ripe banana, and cinnamon. This semi-sweet chocolate is perfectly complemented by organic freeze-dried raspberries that add a burst of flavor to every bite. The addition of roasted cocoa nibs adds a satisfying crunch and rounds out the rich flavor profile!
