The wild cacao used to make this single-origin chocolate bar comes from a tropical region located on the Ecuadorian Pacific Coast called Chocó. Cacao beans from this region bring notes of dried nuts and berries.

ABOUT:
Native Central American ancestral communities used cacao traditionally as a medicinal drink and in rituals as an offering to the gods. In our chocolate, we preserve the elements that make cacao a healthy and energizing fruit. We take part in the entire process from the selection of organic cacao beans to the production and and all the way to the marketing of our chocolate. We have created our different chocolates making them ideal for their purpose: bars, chocolate coverture for fruits and nuts, or chocolate coverture for confections. In the creation of our products, we have achieved a harmony between the taste and texture and the terroir of the cacao that we use in them.
When you consume our chocolate, we want to share with you the culture of the cacao, the effort of the farmers who produce it and the responsibility in the process of production. We want you to be part of our world of flavors to explore.
